1. What is CBD oil and why are you using it?
CBD is a cannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant and it's a little different from its cousin, THC, as it isn't psychoactive. We use broad-spectrum CBD oil for its skin benefits including reducing inflammation in the skin, soothing sensitive skin, and helping improve body acne. CBD also helps to provide muscle relief.
2. Do our products expire?
Our polishes are safe to use for 1 year while our oils are safe to use for 2 years.
3. What is the process once I place my order?
After we are done celebrating your purchase, we will gently pack your order with care and ship it in 2-3 days.
4. How long is the shipping process?
Our products come with 2-day shipping or 1-day shipping (upgrade charge). If you live in Atlanta, you can pick up your order from our designated pickup area.
5. If I don't like my order, can I get a refund or exchange?
Since our products are beauty items, we can't accept the items back for a refund or exchange once they have been used. But please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can rectify your issue quickly.
6. Are the ingredients organic?
With the exception of our fragrance oil, all of our other ingredients are 100% certified organic.
